A: At the time of placing your order on our website, each pack will be displayed and described in detail.
A: We cannot split packs but we do offer a bespoke pack service that allows you to build your own pack of images and frames.
A: Yes. The memory stick has the image(s) that you have selected for your chosen pack(s) and any additional studio images you have purchased a print of.
A: We offer a range of frame only products as well as framed photograph products. Sometimes due to processing times we will send your items separately, for instance if you have ordered a certificate frame which will not have a photograph added. Please contact us if you believe you have received the wrong product.
A: This will depend on the country in which you live; you may be liable for additional customs charges.
A: Once you have made your selection of photography images, it cannot be changed. However, you can purchase a “bespoke” print(s) and choose from all available images.
A: The delivery company will leave a card to arrange a future delivery date or advise of a local collection point.
A: If you have chosen your image previously it will be being processed.
A: We hold images for 12 months after the ceremony date.
A: 7 days from notification that your images are available for selection.
A: One of our professional editors will select an image on your behalf.
A: Yes. Charges will apply for postage.
A: Low resolution images are available for online purchase. Choose a USB memory stick in optional extras for higher resolution images. It is possible to only order digital images by choosing the bespoke pack option (if it is available for your institution)
